Mobile Apps & AI Beta

Projehban — Smart Project Manager + MCP

My first Android app and web project-management system with phases, tasks, a daily planner and a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AI agent integration.

Overview

Projehban is a personal and team project manager that breaks projects into phases, tasks and subtasks, and computes each project's progress automatically from task status. A daily planner places tasks on a working calendar, and an ideas inbox keeps future work in one place.

Its distinguishing feature is a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server: AI agents can create projects, add phases and tasks, read a working day and schedule it directly. The project is published on GitHub and is being prepared for mobile app store release.

Architecture

  • Android app and web (PWA) client with a Persian RTL interface
  • REST backend on Node.js / NestJS with PostgreSQL
  • MCP server exposing projects, phases, tasks and the calendar to Claude and other agents
  • Progress computed from tasks, time-zone aware scheduling
