A multi-doctor clinic and enterprise automation platform with interactive dental charting, staged treatment plans, digital prescriptions & consent signatures, online booking, accounting/installments and automated SMS reminders.
Overview
As Head of IT & Technology at CeritaMed I designed, built and deployed the company's enterprise management system and the cloud "Dental Companion" (همراه دندانپزشک) SaaS. It brings digital patient records, interactive dental charting, staged treatment plans, digital prescriptions and consent signatures, online booking, accounting with installment tracking and automated SMS reminders into one place.
The platform is multi-doctor and multi-clinic by design and ships as a Web PWA, an Android app and a Windows app. Server infrastructure, network security and the automation of clinical and financial workflows are part of the same project.
Architecture
- NestJS + PostgreSQL backend with a multi-tenant design
- Flutter clients for Web (PWA), Android and Windows
- Payment gateways (ZarinPal / BluePay) and Kavenegar SMS & OTP
- Deployed on Ubuntu with Docker, Nginx and Cloudflare Tunnel; hardened with UFW, Fail2ban and encrypted backups
